Hire Go - Connect External Calendar

Hire Go provides the ability to connect to your third-party external calendar so that you can prevent double-booking yourself with interviews and external calendar events.

Apple iCloud, Google, Office 365, Exchange, and Outlook.com calendars can be integrated into Hire Go. Once the calendar is properly integrated and set up per your preferences, your sessions will be available on your external email calendar.


Connect Calendar Steps

Follow the steps below to connect your external calendar:

  1. Navigate to the Availability Hire Go screen.

  2. Scroll down to the Connected calendars section.

  3. Click Connect calendar.

  4. Choose your external calendar provider.

  5. Check the box to agree to the Cronofy Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

  6. Click Link ___ account.

  7. Enter your external email credentials.

  8. Click Continue.

  9. Click Finish. You will receive an email confirmation once the connection is complete.

Hire Go will automatically adjust your interview availability based on events from your connected calendar. Time slots with scheduling conflicts are blocked from applicants, which helps prevent double bookings and ensures you have accurate availability.

Additionally, Hire Go syncs scheduled and canceled interviews with your connected third-party calendar, ensuring your calendar always reflects the latest booked interviews.

Important Notes:

  • If you are logging in to Hire Go for the first time, you will be asked to connect your calendar after setting your initial availability.

  • To disconnect your external calendar, click the trash can icon in the Connected calendars section of the Availability screen.

  • Connecting your external calendar is recommended, but is not required to use Hire Go.
