Analytics is a self-service feature that offers extensive insights into data that enable you to analyze candidate behavior and identify trends based on openings, locations, stages, and more.
Analytics can be found in Fountain in the top menu bar when you log in to your Fountain account.
With Fountain Analytics comes a variety of benefits including:
Enhanced Insights: Enjoy insights into your campaign strategy, all within the product.
Seamless Data Flow: The integration facilitates a bi-directional information flow, ensuring that you have access to the data you need.
Reduced Friction: The integration significantly reduces friction, making the process of getting your data fast, seamless, and efficient.
Prebuilt Dashboards
There are five prebuilt Dashboards created by Fountain data experts to provide quick insights into specific parts of the Fountain product.
Hiring Overview: provides insight into the overall performance of your sourcing efforts, Openings, and applicants. View the quality of your sourcing, compare your Openings, monitor applicant volume, and easily track notable trends such as increases in your on-hold and rejected applicants.
Applicant Insights: contains the number of applicants who applied, were approved, were rejected, and the median number of days before the applicants were approved.
User Insights: displays information about your Fountain users such as their number of booked calendar sessions, the number of manual transitions completed, and the number of sent SMS messages.
Opening Performance: this Dashboard contains additional tabs on specific Opening topics: All Openings, Opening Details, Stage Details, Stage Milestone, and Hiring Goals. Within these tabs you'll find information such as basic transition and hiring rates compared by workflow, comparison of stage performance across a workflow, conversion between stages, and more!
Calendar Insights: displays the number of attendees for scheduled sessions or interviews. It also gives insight into the number of available slots and the attendance rate.

Time Range
The time range can be adjusted by seconds, minutes, hours, days, weeks, etc. Furthermore, the time period can be changed to a given range, all times after a particular date, etc.
Test Applicants, and Deleted Openings or Applicants
By default, Test Applicants, and Deleted Openings and Applicants are not included in the analytics. If you would like to change this, click More and check the Yes box by the appropriate option.

Important Note: Prevent Excel from Incorrectly Altering your Data
When performing CSV exports in the product, Excel, Google Sheets, or other software programs may automatically convert the data provided to dates and/or numbers. This can potentially cause numbers that begin with 0 to be updated. For example, if a routing number is listed as 000234123, Excel may translate that number as 234123.
