Hiring Goals enables you to set and track your Hiring Goals within Fountain. The Hiring Goals dashboard, which is included in the Opening Performance dashboards includes 5 tiles for quick analysis of hiring performance:
Goals Below Pace or Missed
Goals At or Above Pace
Active in Progress Hiring Goals
Active Past Due Hiring Goals
Inactive Hiring Goals
To access the Hiring Goals dashboard, click Analytics in the top toolbar of any Fountain page then click the Opening Performance dashboard on the left. Finally, click Hiring Goals at the top.
General Definitions
Term | Definition: |
Pacing | The % of goal achieved divided by the % of goal period complete.

Dashboard filters - Brand, Location Group, Location, and Opening - will apply to all three sections.
Goal Pacing Summaries
Below Pace or Missed counts the number of Openings that:
Have goals pacing at < 100% OPR, OR
Reached their Hire By date before meeting the Hiring Goal
At or Above Pace counts the number of Openings that:
Have goals pacing at ≥ 100%, OR
Reached their Hiring Goal, before or by the Hire By date
These encompass the sum of the total number of Openings that have a Hiring Goal defined.
Select the tiles to drill into or access the list of Openings under each category.
Active In Progress Hiring Goals Summary Tile
The Active In Progress Hiring Goals tile displays information on in-progress Hiring Goal pacing for all Openings with an active Hiring Goal.
Active Past Hiring Goals Summary Tile
The Active Past Hiring Goals tile displays goal information and performance for past Hiring Goals that are still active.
Goals that are past due are still considered active until they are reset or deactivated.
Inactive Past Hiring Goals Summary Tile
The Inactive Past Hiring Goals tile displays goal information and performance for all past Hiring Goals that have been reset or deactivated.
