General Settings

There are three general settings available:

  • Brand - if your company is using multiple brands, you can choose which brand is represented in the website widget by using the Brand dropdown.

  • Categorize jobs by Job Type - use this toggle to have Fountain AI organize your positions into 8 recommended categories. These categories will be based on job department or job type.

  • Categorize jobs by Experience Level - use this toggle to have Fountain AI organize your positions into three recommended categories by job level.

If both category toggles are turned on, your applicants will see two sections for job categories on the website - one for job type and one for jobs based on level of experience.

FAQ Chatbot Settings

  • Show FAQ chatbot by default - use this toggle to automatically show the FAQ chatbot when an applicant lands on the website. You will need to ensure the additional FAQ chatbot settings are set up in order for this feature to work correctly. Review the Fountain AI Widget Setup article for more information.

  • Pre-filled FAQ chatbot questions - By default, the job directory site will have three commonly asked questions pre-filled. You must have a minimum of three and a maximum of five questions on your site. You can change the three default questions to fit your company’s specific most frequently asked questions. You can also add two additional questions by clicking Add Question. To remove any additional added questions, click the trashcan icon to the right of the question. These will be displayed below the search bar for easy applicant access.

Applicant Experience

When applicants land on your career site, they will see a search bar at the top of the page. They can use this search to find jobs that interest them.

Below the search, they will see the 3-5 most frequently asked questions bubbles from the FAQ Chatbot settings. The applicant can click the question button to be brought to the FAQ chatbot which will send them the answer. They can also click the Chat with us button to be brought to the FAQ chatbot where they can ask any additional questions they have about the company such as “What are Fossil Frontier’s core values”.

The next section of the site will show the applicant jobs based on their selected compensation, distance, or radius. Results will be shown in a list below.

If you have enabled categorizing jobs by type, the 8 categories for job types will be listed next. Applicants can click on any of the 8 tiles to be brought to jobs within that category.

If you have enabled categorizing jobs by experience, these 3 categories will be listed at the bottom. Applicants can click on any of the 3 tiles to be brought to jobs within that category.
