Set up a Bounti Integration

Users can add the Bounti integration via the Fountain Integrations webpage. Click on the initials icon in the top right-hand corner, then click IntegrationsScreening.

  1. Contact your CSM or [email protected] to enable Bounti on your account.

  2. To request the API key and Account ID, navigate to the settings tab in Bounti. Within the Integrations section, click on Fountain. Here, you will find your API key and Account ID. You MUST have the Bounti API key and Account ID in order to integrate.

  3. Copy and paste your account’s API Key and Account ID and click the Save Changes button to turn on the integration.

Add Bounti to the Workflow Editor

After you integrate with Bounti on the Integrations page, you'll be able to add the Bounti Partner stage to the Workflow Editor

Navigate to the job opening you want to add the Bounti stage to and select Add Stage → Create a new stage. Visit the Add Stage section in this article for details on how to add stages.

Once the Bounti Partner stage is added to the workflow, within the Bounti Integration box, choose a Stage Option Type in the dropdown.

Bounti Partner Rule Stage

You can create a rule for applicants in the Bounti stage within the Workflow Editor. Below is an example of a rule created within the Bounti stage:

Applicant Experience

When an applicant lands on the Bounti Partner Stage in the workflow, they are automatically redirected to the assigned Bounti course(s). Once all required course(s) are complete, the applicant will be redirected back to the Fountain application to continue with the application process.
