With the Fountain and Branch Integration, you can speed up the onboarding process and Instantly push worker payments, including paychecks, tips, mileage reimbursements, and rewards directly to workers’ Branch accounts.

Faster hires + Faster pay = A better worker experience.

Branch Account Requirements

Branch uses Fountain’s Applicant ID to identify workers. This ID should be consistently used at the organization in order for Branch to send disbursement funds to those users. Branch will set up new users with a process called Know Your Customer (KYC). Once customers pass this process, they can claim their Branch account.

To initiate the Branch setup, applicants must have the following values available in Fountain. The following values are required to be included in your Openings as data collection questions so they can be collected for each applicant:

  • Field Name - included in default application landing page questions

  • First Name - included in default application landing page questions

  • Last Name - included in default application landing page questions

  • Email - included in default application landing page questions

  • Phone number - included in default application landing page questions

  • Address - Choose "Address" from the question type dropdown. The data key must be "address".

  • Social Security Number (SSN) - Select from Fountain standard questions

  • Date Of Birth (DOB) - Select from Fountain standard questions
