Their advanced platform delivers an array of real-time reporting that encompasses all critical metrics of a company's WOTC program, beginning with monitoring all hiring activity and ensuring all new hires get screened for WOTC so the company can maximize their tax credits.

Set up a Walton Management Services Integration
To set up a Walton Management Services Integration, follow the steps below:
Reach out to your CSM or [email protected] to enable this feature on your account. Once Walton Management Services has been enabled for your account proceed to the next step.
Contact the Walton Management Services team to request the relevant API Key and Account ID.
Copy and save it for use in Fountain.
Navigate to the Fountain page. Hover over your username on the top right, and select Integrations.
Select the Screening tab on the left side. Click Connect to the right of Walton Management Services.
Enter your Walton Management Services API Key and Account ID.
Click Save Changes, and you're done!
Add Walton Services Management to a Workflow
To add the stage to your workflow, follow the steps below:
Choose Walton Management Services Partner Stage to add the stage to your Opening's workflow. Visit this article detailing how to add a stage here.
When an applicant lands on Walton Management Services Partner Stage in the application workflow, they will be automatically redirected to the Walton Services Management web portal.
Once the relevant information is completed on Walton Management Service's portal, the applicant will automatically get redirected back to the Fountain's applicant portal.

A user can create a rule to move the applicant through the Fountain funnel. Below are examples of the Partner stage with rules in the Walton Management Services partner stage.
