Add eduMe Stage to Workflow

  1. Choose eduMe Partner Stage to add the stage to your Opening's workflow. Check out the article on how to add a stage here.

  2. When an applicant lands on the eduMe Partner Stage in the application workflow, they will be automatically redirected to eduMe's web portal.

  3. Once the relevant exercise is completed on eduMe portal, the applicant will automatically get redirected back to the Fountain applicant portal.

eduMe Partner Stage Rule

You can create partner stage rules for applicants in the eduMe stage in the workflow editor.

There are two ways to integrate eduMe:

Add eduMe as a course

Add eduMe as a ‘course’ in Fountain – this will combine all of your eduMe lessons into one stage. To do this, select the course in the eduMe stage under ‘Stage Option Type’.

The dropdown will contain both courses and individual activities. Courses are those with a single title - everything else is an activity.

You can then set 'Partner Rules' to define when the candidate moves to the next stage. There are two options available:

  1. When ‘Partner status’ is ‘completed’ (as in the screenshot below)

  2. When the candidate achieves a certain average score in the lesson quizzes and assessments in the course. This score will range from 0 to 100. To use this option, choose ‘Partner detail has key with value’, then set the required ‘Stage Score’.

Use individual eduMe activity as a stage

Alternatively you can use an individual eduMe activity as a stage, rather than an entire course.

Again, you have a choice of using the ‘Partner status’ or ‘Stage Score’ as criteria for when an applicant can move to the next stage.

Example rule:

A user must create a rule in the partner stage to allow the eduMe stage to load and also to move the applicant through the Fountain funnel.
