Add Ubble Stage to Workflow
Choose Ubble Partner Stage to add the stage to your Opening's workflow. Check out article on how to add stage here.
When an applicant lands on Ubble Partner Stage in the application workflow, they will be automatically redirected to Ubble's web portal.
Once the relevant information is completed on the Ubble portal, the applicant will automatically get redirected back to the Fountain's applicant portal.
Ubble Partner Stage Rule
You can create partner stage rules on applicants in the Ubble stage in the workflow editor. There are five statuses you can take action on: Valid, Invalid, Incomplete, Ongoing, and In Progress. The example status values are:
Valid indicates an applicant passed the IDV screening from Ubble
Invalid indicates an applicant failed the IDV screening
Incomplete indicates further review needed on the applicant to make a decision
In Progress indicates that an applicant has started the Ubble session on the Ubble portal but hasn't completed
Ongoing indicates that an applicant has submitted and completed all relevant info in the Ubble portal and awaiting final decision on the background screening result
A user can create a rule to move the applicant through the Fountain funnel. Below is an example of the Partner stage with rule in the Ubble partner stage:
Important Note:
Since fraud experts review each identity, a custom stage with rules after the Ubble stage can hold the applicant until the final result has come back. Otherwise, the applicant can move on in his onboarding and you will get the final result within a few minutes (tailored to your business needs).
