Add InfoMart Stage to Workflow
Choose InfoMart Partner Stage to add the stage to your Opening's workflow. Check out article on how to add stage here.
When an applicant lands on InfoMart Partner Stage in the application workflow, they will be automatically redirected to InfoMart's web portal.
Once the relevant information is completed on InfoMart portal, the applicant will automatically get redirected back to the Fountain's applicant portal.
InfoMart Partner Stage Rule
You can create partner stage rules on applicants in the InfoMart stage in the workflow editor. There are five statuses you can take action on: Meets Criteria, Does Not Meet Criteria, For Your Review , In-Progress Candidate, and In-Progress Vendor . The example status values are:
Meets Criteria indicates an applicant passed the background screening from InfoMart
Does Not Meet Criteria indicates an applicant failed the background screening
For Your Review Needed indicates farther review needed on the applicant to make a decision
In-Progress Candidate indicates that an applicant has started the InfoMart session on the InfoMart portal but hasn't completed
In-Progress Vendor indicates that an applicant has submitted and completed all relevant info in the InfoMart portal and awaiting final decision on the background screening result
A user can create a rule to move the applicant through the Fountain funnel. Below is an example of the Partner stage with rule in the InfoMart partner stage:
Best Practice:
To have a custom stage with rules to be setup after the InfoMart stage. Since a background screening may take up-to five days or more to complete, the custom stage with rules can hold the applicant until the final result has come back.
