You can use our UTM source tracking, which is available to pull as a field in OBIQ reports.
We support the following:
These will be passed into the OnboardIQ forms as URL parameters, and when an application is submitted, we will record them within the applicant data. These will be included as regular applicant data keys which you can use in the “Report” section for analysis (i.e. how many applicants came from Google search, etc.).
You’ll be adding UTM parameters like so:
facebook&utm_medium=banner& utm_content=applynow&utm_ campaign=main
You can string UTM parameters with additional &‘s between them (source, medium, campaign, content, etc.).
Post the link that corresponds to the UTM (i.e. on Facebook, you'll post the link with utm_source=facebook, and for Google you'll use a link with utm_source=google).
If you would like to track ps= and last_referer=, we currently support these parameters by using hidden fields.
To set this up:
