To be in compliant with consumer protection regulations on SMS and emails, applicants can unsubscribe and resubscribe from SMS or email from your company at anytime by texting "STOP" or clicking on the "unsubscribe" button in the emails.
On the Applicant Table, you'll see theicon next to applicants who have unsubscribed from email and the following if the applicant have unsubscribed from SMS.
When an applicant unsubscribes from SMS, they are given a confirmation text message and can resubscribe to SMS by texting back "START".
If an applicant has given you permission to be resubscribed to email or SMS, please contact support@fountain.com and provide the following:
- Applicant's email
- Specify whether email or SMS (or both) are to be resubscribed
We will send a confirmation message once the applicant has been resubscribed.
