Understanding how to add a follow-up message would lead you to have further knowledge of sending any other messages.
- Go to ‘Openings’ from ‘Jobs’ section at the top left and click ‘Actions’ --> 'Edit Workflow' next to the Opening you would like to add follow-up messages to.
- Choose the stage that you would like to add follow-up messages to and scroll down until you see the Follow Up Message section.
- Add a follow-up message and when everything is set, you will see a box before the text ‘how many days should pass before we send this message?’.
This is where you can customize your follow-up message. If you want to send several follow-up messages, you can add more by clicking ‘Add Another Message’.
***Please note: the software allows you to add as many follow-up messages as you would like, but we would recommend making no more than three. Please keep in mind that sending out too many follow-up messages will not encourage applicants to take action, but rather deter them from taking action.
