Fountain's calendar integration is not set up to automatically block sessions when you have a new calendar entry on your external calendar.
A workaround that we recommend is to block time on your external calendar for your interviews/sessions to prevent being double booked. If you have a colleague requesting a meeting or have another appointment coming up, you can go in to Fountain and remove that session availability. To view the external events, tick the 'Show external events' box in the Calendar Availability page.
