How do I add and apply a Brand to my position?

Brands allow you to customize the styling in your positions. Every brand has a name, logo, and custom styling for the applicant portal, and each position will have one associated brand. In all of the messaging for that position, it will use the brand name instead of the company account name. Lastly, the Default Account Brand (specified on the Brands page) is applied to non-position pages (for example, the Public Directory).

Adding a New Brand

  1. Hover over your name at the top right corner of any page in Fountain and click 'Company Settings.'

  2. Under the Brands section, click 'brand.'

  3. Click the blue 'Add brand' button.
  4. On the next page, you'll be able to specify the brand name and logo, as well as add colors and custom styling:

  5. Once done, hit the 'Save' button!
  6. You'll be directed back to the Brand page, where you can view all of your existing brands. You can also make a brand the default for all new positions by clicking on 'Make default' from the Actions button:

Editing an Existing Brand

  1. Hover over your name at the top right corner of any page in Fountain and click 'Company Settings.'
  2. Under the Brands section, click 'brand(s).'
  3. Click the Actions button next to the brand you'd like to edit and select 'Edit.'

Deleting a Brand

  1. Hover over your name at the top right corner of any page in Fountain and click 'Company Settings.'
  2. Under the Brands section, click 'brand(s).'
  3. Click the Actions button next to the brand you'd like to edit and select 'Delete.'
  4. You can also delete brands from the Edit page; there is a 'Delete Brand' link towards the bottom left of the page:


Applying a Brand to Positions

You'll be able to add/edit/delete Brands from Company Settings, but to apply Brands to positions, you'll want to navigate over to the Locations view.

  1. Click the Actions button next to the location you'd like to apply a brand to, and select 'Edit'.

  2. From the Settings page, you'll be able to select the brand you'd like to apply to the position:
