Set up Orange Tree Integration
- Reach out to your CSM or support@fountain.com to enable this feature on your account. Once Orange Tree has been enabled for your account proceed to the next step.
- Contact the Orange Tree team to request the relevant API Key and Account ID.
- Copy and save it for use in Fountain.
- Navigate to the Fountain page. Hover over your username on the top right, and select Integrations.
- Select the Screening tab on the left side. Click Connect to the right of Orange Tree.
- Enter your Orange Tree API Key and Account ID.
- Click Save Changes, and you're done!
Add Orange Tree Stage to Workflow
- Choose Orange Tree Partner Stage to add the stage to your Opening's workflow. Visit this article detailing how to add a stage here.
- When an applicant lands on Orange Tree Partner Stage in the application workflow, they will receive an email or SMS message which will contain the Orange Tree portal link.
- he applicant will click the message link and complete information in Orange Tree’s portal.
