How do I start using Scorecards?

Scorecards are a handy way for internal teams to score applicants and update applicant information on the fly.

Creating Scorecards

  1. Go into Company Settings > Scorecards
  2. Add a New Scorecard
  3. Choose a Weighted or Unweighted Scorecards
  4. Name your Scorecard
  5. Add Questions to your Scorecard for your team to answer
  6. Save your Scorecard to be used throughout the product.

Managing Scorecards

  1. Go into Company Settings > Scorecards
  2. Click Actions > Edit
  3. Make your edits on the existing Scorecard, or delete it
  4. Save your Scorecard

Using Scorecards in Applicant Table

  1. Press Actions on any applicant and click Score Applicant
  2. Choose a scorecard to score the applicant on
  3. Fill out the Scorecard with scores and answers / notes
  4. Save and the score will be appended to the applicant as an exportable field

Using Scorecards in Sessions

  1. Navigate to Sessions - any upcoming or past sessions will have the ability for any type of user to score the applicant on
  2. Press Score Applicant
  3. Choose the Scorecard that you are supposed to score the applicant on during the Session
  4. Fill out the Scorecard with scores and answers / notes
  5. Save and the score will be appended to the applicant as an exportable field
