Fountain begins to collect data/consent ten days before the expiration/run.
Workers will not get emailed unless you have a recurring check in place. Deactivated workers will not receive emails.
For background checks: we will begin the collection of consent 10 days prior to the specified frequency of the background check rule. We send one email 10 days prior, one 7 days prior, and one one day prior to the run.
For document recollection/recurring data collection: we will begin the collection of the document 10 days prior to the expiration of the document/date of the check specified in Posthire. Workers will receive only one email.
