Expiration Date Is In The Past When Applicant Is Approved
If an applicant is approved with a document that expired in the past, when the applicant lands in Posthire the recurring check rule runs and the check is scheduled for the following day, and the worker will receive one email to resubmit the following day, and an email every ten days until the document is submitted or they are deactivated.
If your recurring check rule is set to "If collection fails--Deactivate worker" once the worker receives the email they have a 10 day grace period to upload the document, if they fail to upload the document the worker will be deactivated. If the recurring check is not satisfied and Posthire will display a failed status for this check.
If your recurring check rule is set to "If collection fails--Do Nothing" the worker will have a ten day grace period to upload the document. If they fail to upload the document the worker will remain active, and receive email reminders every 10 days.
