Module 1: Profile Settings

Improvements

We are actively updating various parts of our platform. As a result, some screen captures may reflect earlier versions of our product. We are working diligently to update our articles to reflect these changes. To learn more about our updates and new features, visit our release notes.

This module will provide an overview of basic profile settings that are required when you first login to your Fountain account.

By the end of this module you’ll be able to:

  • Manage your User Preferences
  • Add a Personal Signature
  • Set your Notification settings
  • Enable your Time Zone settings

Your user profile is where you can control your email, password, and time zone preferences. Follow the steps below to set up your user account.
