Changing your password

Changing your password is quick and painless! There are two ways you can go about getting your password reset. 

1. If you're already logged into your Fountain account, you can navigate to your "My Profile" by hovering over your name and email address in the upper right part of the screen.

Once in your "My Profile" page, you'll need to enter your current password, and your new password, once finished click on 'Update Password'. 

Please note, Fountain recommends that you use a strong password unique to Fountain. 

2. If you are not logged into your Fountain account, and cannot remember your password, you can navigate to https://www.fountain.com/users/password/new and enter the email address associated with your Fountain account.

From there you should receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password.  

If for some reason you are still not able to reset your password, you can send us an email to support@fountain.com from the email address associated with your Fountain account, and we can assist you further.
