Email Notifications for Document Recollection Uploads
This feature makes it easier to keep track of when an applicant uploads a recollected document if you have a lot of Openings, and aren't constantly monitoring each individual Opening. You can now be notified when an applicant uploads a recollected document so you don't have to go through each Opening individually.
Please note: This will increase the number of emails you'll receive from Fountain.
How to receive email notifications for recollected documents
When you recollect a file, there will now be a little checkbox to "Notify the opening owner and myself when applicant re-submits requested files":
This will then send an email notification to the Opening Owner and to the user who checked this box when the file is re-submitted. If the Opening Owner and the user that recollected the file are the same, you will only receive one email.
