Custom Success Message In Document Signing
When an applicant finishes signing a document in our in-app integration, they are redirected to the portal to view a success message. By default, this message will read "You have successfully signed the documents required in this stage."
You can now set up a custom success message for our in-app integration only.
If you'd like to change the success message, please navigate to your document signing stage in your workflow editor.
- Click on the Document Signing stage in the Workflow Editor, and click on "Customize Portal View"
- Scroll down to where you see "Customize Success Message". From there you can simply edit the text in that box, click on the "Save edits" button at the bottom right. Now that message will be displayed to applicants who have completed signing a document.
