Before SMS Smart Routing can be enabled, you will need to first take the following steps:
1. Add new phone number(s) to your account. You can add new phone numbers from the SMS page, which is located under Company Settings.
2. Delete your old phone numbers.
3. (Optional) Send an email to applicants currently in process to let them know that you are switching phone numbers, and that they will not be able to respond to old phone numbers soon.
4. Reach out to your contact at Fountain so that they can enable Smart Routing for you.
