Applicant surveys allow you to collect feedback from applicants on their application experience.
How it works:
When an applicant is about 75% of the way through the application process, a survey will pop up asking them to compare this application experience to others they've gone through in the past, as well as a field allowing them to leave comments. The survey is optional, and applicants have the option of closing out of the survey without responding.
Results of the survey are available quarterly upon request.
