This number refers to the aggregate of new applicants, hired applicants (in the Approved stage) and rejected applicants (in the Rejected stage) in the specified opening(s) for the specified date range.
This number refers to the number of applicants in the Approved stage in the specified opening(s) for the specified date range.
Fountain uses a cohort conversion (see equation below):
where TTH = time to hire.
For example, if you're looking at the last 90 days of the report, and time to hire is 6 days, then you would use the following to calculate conversion:
(# of hires between 90 days ago and today) / (# of new applicants 96 days ago until 6 days ago)

The median (50th percentile) delta (in days) between when applicants were created in Fountain and when they landed in the Approved stage.
Churn is only available if you are using our Posthire product. Anytime an applicant is deactivated in Posthire, they are considered "churned," so churn refers to the number of applicants who have been deactivated in Posthire in the specified opening in the specified date range. (Note: Posthire only contains applicants in the Approved stage.)
Churn rate is only available if you use Posthire. Churn rate refers to the number of applicants who were deactivated in Posthire, divided by the total number of applicants in Posthire in the specified opening in the specified date range.
