Once a team member has been added, you can edit which location(s) they can view and manage. You can do this in two ways:
Use Case 1:
Assigning Multiple Locations to a Member
This method will allow you to add multiple locations to a team member.
- Click on Team in the left side-bar.
- Click on next to the team member's name or add/edit team member.
- Click on the box under Location for a list of all your Locations, check the boxes for all the locations you wish to assign to this member.
Use Case 2:
Adding Multiple Members to a Location
This option is best suited for adding multiple team members to manage a location.
- Make sure you're in the 'Brand'. To switch 'Brands', click on the logo/brand name on the top left. (Skip if your account only has one 'Brand').
- Click on Location on the left sidebar.
- Next to the location, click .
- Check the boxes for all the members you wish to add to the location.
