Posthire allows you automate your compliance needs for your hired applicants. Within Posthire, you can schedule various recurring checks such as data collection, document signing and recurring background checks.
When an applicant lands in the predefined Approved stage, their information is automatically copied over into our Posthire system. You can even hook Posthire up to your internal system via a webhook to deactivate your employees if they do not fulfill the requested information.
Types of Checks
Recurring data collection
This allows you to schedule a data collection on the specified frequency. For example, you can recollect a drivers license based on the expiration date, or if you require a data field to be updated every 6 months such as work availability, you can also schedule a data collection to go out every 6 months.
Recurring background check
This allows you to run a background check on the specified frequency. For example, if you need to run background checks on your applicants every 12 months, you can automate this task in Posthire.
Recurring document signing
This allows you to generate signature templates and automatically send them to your applicants on the specified frequency. For example, if you need to have your applicants sign an updated contract every 12 months, you can automate this task in Posthire.
