Company Settings

Brand | Set the logo and color scheme for your company’s brand. Once created, apply it to an Opening by navigating to that Opening’s associated Location. Apply different brands to different Openings if you operate through multiple businesses. |
Users |
The agent from your organization that operates within the Fountain platform. Assign a User role and set access permissions. |
User Roles | Assign User Roles to Users to set their access permissions. Choose from templated User Roles or create your own. |
Two-Factor Authentication | Select this box for added security. Require users to sign in from two authorized devices. |
Conversion Tracker | Track the number of Applicants that access an Opening from a job board or recruiting service. Enter a Tracker ID or API Key from the job board or recruiting service, trigger a tracker to fire on the Jobs Directory page or any of the application pages, and schedule how often the tracker fires. |
Conversion Tracking | View and manage Conversion Trackers. |
Custom Attributes | View the name and title of all Data Keys for easy reference when looking up a value or building an export. |
Data Validation | Create a form that the User must complete before an Applicant is allowed to move into a specified stage and select which stage(s) to apply it to. This appears in the Applicant Table when an Applicant is moved to the specified stage and is commonly used to capture interviewer feedback before an Applicant is moved forward and might include questions like availability, elaboration on skills, or interviewer sentiment. |
Labels | Apply Labels to Applicants to mark characteristics or statuses for easy reference and categorization. Use them in combination with Rules to direct how Applicants should move through stages based on the Label that is appended to their Profile. |
Message Templates |
Create Message Templates to save time and to ensure communications are consistent with company branding. |
Option Banks | A list of values that can be used in Checkbox, Dropdown, or Multiple Choice questions. Unlike editing within a question itself, you may drag and drop values in a list which makes reordering easier when values change. Create Option Banks in Company Settings and add them to questions within the Data Collection stage. |
Reasons | Create custom reasons for Applicants to be placed in the On Hold and Rejected stages, then link them with On Hold and Rejection rules in stages. This enables you to move Applicants to these stages with a record of why, and to run reports on these metrics. You can also customize On Hold and Rejection Message Templates to be triggered by the specific reason when an Applicant lands in either stage. |
Scheduling | Create time-blocked calendars that can be applied in the Scheduler stage. |
Scorecards | Scorecards appear in Applicant Profiles and enable Users to record feedback and scores on Applicants at any stage. |
Duplicate Settings | Customize how you would like to recognize, flag, and allow or prevent Duplicates as they apply to different Openings. |
