Indeed Paid Campaigns via Fountain

The Indeed Integration is a direct integration between Fountain and Indeed that enables users to sponsor jobs to Indeed directly via Fountain. The Indeed integration is available in the US, Canada, the UK and the EU. You do not have to have an Indeed account to use the Indeed Integration. 

If you are already using Fountain's Boost option, you can have an active Indeed campaign and an active Boost for the same opening simultaneously. However, you can only have one Indeed campaign per opening and one Boost per opening.

Introduction to Indeed via Fountain

The Indeed Integration was created to enhance and further customize your user experience when you sponsor your job openings on Indeed. This new functionality allows you to sponsor your openings on Indeed and take advantage of Indeed Easy Apply, while remaining in your Fountain account.

In reference to the applicant experience, applicants can apply without leaving Indeed and are placed directly in the Fountain workflow of the openings to which they applied.

To ensure that you have success with sponsoring your job openings on Indeed, refer to the Indeed Guidelines article for Best Practices. 

Sponsor a Job to Indeed

1. Select the Sourcing tab located in the top navigation bar, then select Job Postings located in the left menu. 
   
   
   

   Note

   Alternatively, you can access Indeed by hovering over Jobs in the top navigation bar in Fountain. Click Openings and choose the Opening you want to post to Indeed. You will be directed to the Applicant Table for that opening. In the top right corner of that page, click Post to Job Boards and select Indeed.
   
   

2. Select Post Job.
   
3. Select Post to Indeed.
                
4. Select the Opening you want to sponsor to Indeed from the list and click Next.
5. Determine and enter the amount you'd like to spend on your Indeed campaign and enter the start and end dates.
   
   
   

   Note

   There's an option to choose a Fixed End Date or a Target End Date. 
   
   If you choose a Fixed End Date, your campaign will end on the selected end date, regardless of whether the full budget you've allocated to the campaign has been spent or not.
   
   If you choose a Target End Date, Indeed will aim to spend the entire budget for the campaign, which may cause the campaign to run past the selected end date, if additional funding is still available.
   
   There's a minimum of 7 days and a maximum of 365 days from today.
   
   You can also choose a future start date.

6. On the next page, you can edit details associated with the job you are sponsoring on Indeed, such as the job's Title, Industry, Pay, Location, etc. Once you're done making the changes, select Finish Edit.

   You must also specify a payment method for Indeed here. You will be charged next month for the actual spend incurred, which may be less than the budget you allocated, for all your Indeed campaigns in the current month.
   
   
   
   

   Note

   Only one card can be used for Indeed campaigns. If you update the card information when creating a new Indeed campaign, it will be used for all your Indeed campaigns that month. However, a different card can be used for Boost purchases.
   
   If a card charge for your Indeed campaigns is declined, your existing Indeed card campaigns will be paused, and you will not be able to create additional Indeed campaigns until you update your card information.
7. Enter your coupon code if you have one. 
   
                  
   
   

   Note

   Ensure that the coupon you apply is equal to or less than the amount the campaign will cost. 
   
   For example, if the cost of your Indeed campaign is $200, and the coupon you apply is for $250, you will forfeit or lose the $50! Keep this in mind when applying coupons.
8. Select Post to Indeed.
   
            
   
   Your campaign will be live on Indeed within a matter of hours!
                  

View Your Insights on the Job Postings Dashboard

1. Select the Sourcing tab located in the top navigation bar, then select Job Postings located in the left menu. 
   
   
2. On the Job Postings tab, select the opening you'd like to review. Campaigns sponsored via Indeed are identified by the Indeed logo in the Type column.
   
   On this tab, you can view the daily spend and number of applicants received each day your Indeed campaign has been live.
   
3. This is also where you can cancel your active Indeed campaigns.

   Note

   You cannot edit an Indeed campaign once it is active. If you would like to make edits to an active Indeed campaign, you will have to cancel and redo it. For assistance with this, contact your CSM or support@fountain.com.
