The Referral's worker experience is streamlined and user-friendly!
See Referrals as a Worker
Workers will see promoted Openings with an incentive at the top of their Referrals list in bold. If an incentive is present, a gift icon and cumulative total of all incentive milestones configured for that campaign displays as a badge on the job card — for example, $30.00 for a campaign with a $10 milestone and a $20 milestone.
Selecting an Opening displays more details about the Opening and the full incentive offer. The job detail page displays a blurb summarizing the incentive structure — including all milestones and which parties receive rewards.
For double-sided campaigns, the blurb includes separate lines for the referring worker's earnings and the referred applicant's earnings. For referring-worker-only campaigns, only the referring worker's earnings are shown.
Track Referral and Incentive Status
Workers access their referral history and incentive tracking from the My referrals tab in their Referrals portal. This tab shows each person they have referred, along with the status of each incentive milestone.
For each referral, the worker sees the referred applicant's name, job, and location, along with a separate badge for each pending incentive — for example, "$10.00 pending" and "$20.00 pending" displayed side by side when two milestones are configured.
To view the details of a specific incentive milestone, the worker taps the referral entry to open the referral detail view. When multiple milestones are configured, the detail view includes a carousel — one card per milestone — that the worker can swipe through. Each card shows:
The bonus amount and current status (e.g., Your bonus of $10.00 is Pending)
A plain-language description of the payout condition (e.g., "This will be owed once the referred applicant completes 1 days after hire date or 1 of calls completed.")
An activity feed showing key milestones in the referral's progress — for example, when the referred applicant applied, when their application was approved, and the current bonus status with date
Share Referral Links
Workers can share referrals in two ways from their Referrals portal.
General referral link — At the top of the Referrals portal, workers can tap Share a general referral link to share a single link that takes referred applicants to a directory of all available job openings. This is useful when a worker wants to refer someone but isn't targeting a specific role.
Opening-specific links — Each job listing in the Openings tab has two sharing options:
Copy link (the copy icon) — copies the referral link for that specific opening directly to the worker's clipboard, ready to paste into any message or app
Share (the share icon) — opens the device's native sharing options with a pre-populated message ready to send, making it easy to share directly through a messaging app
