Add Applicants Directly in Hire Go

Hire Go allows users to manually create new applicant records and automatically places them into an opening's initial workflow stage.

Hire Go lets you create new applicant records directly in the app, useful for walk-ins, hiring events, and assisted applications where the applicant isn't completing their own application form.

Add a New Applicant

  1. Click + Add applicant in the top right corner. This button is available from the Applicants screen, the Openings screen, and from within a specific Opening's page.

  2. Enter the applicant's name, email and phone. All are required which is the same requirement of adding an applicant in Hire.

  3. Select an Opening the applicant should be added to.

  4. Confirm and save the record.

The system checks for duplicates before creating a new applicant, and places them in the first stage of the Opening's workflow automatically.

First Stage Visibility Affects New Applicants

If the workflow's first stage is set to not show in Hire Go, the applicant won't appear in Hire Go until they move to a stage that is visible there.
