Cue works inside Pool and can take on several of the tasks in this documentation. It sits alongside the Pool interface rather than replacing it. Every task below can also be done manually, and anything Cue produces is a draft you review before it does anything.
Cue Drafts, You Decide
Audiences and campaigns Cue creates arrive as drafts. No campaign sends and no audience is used until you review it and act. The manual paths described throughout this documentation remain available and unchanged.
What Cue Does in Pool
Answer questions about Pool. Ask how something works and get an answer in context, without leaving the page.
Draft an audience. Describe the group you want in plain language and Cue drafts the filter conditions. Review them, adjust anything that is not what you meant, and save.
Draft a campaign. Describe your message and audience and Cue drafts the campaign. It is created as a draft. Edit it and activate it yourself.
Insert dynamic fields. Ask Cue to personalise a message and it inserts the right merge fields for the attributes you name.
Edit campaign content. Ask for changes to a message you are writing and the preview updates as it works, so you see the result before keeping it.
Set and change Pool settings. Ask Cue to adjust a Pool setting conversationally instead of navigating to Settings.
Answer labour-market questions. Cue draws on O*NET occupational data and Bureau of Labor Statistics wage and employment projections for questions about roles, typical pay, and employment outlook.

What to Check in a Cue Draft
For an audience: that the conditions mean what you meant, that AND and OR are the right way round, and that the member count is plausible. A filter returning your entire talent pool or zero people is usually a misread description.
For a campaign: the audience, the reply-to address, the recipient journey, the audience mode, and every link. Read the message as a recipient would.
What Cue Does Not Do
Cue does not send campaigns. It does not activate anything. It does not decide who is eligible to receive a message. Talent Eligibility settings apply to Cue-drafted campaigns exactly as they do to any other.
