The Hire Go app is available as a premium feature. Please contact your Fountain Customer Success contact if you're interested in this feature.

Fountain knows how challenging frontline hiring can be, especially when Hiring Managers are frontline workers themselves. Hire Go is an app built specifically for frontline Hiring Managers responsible for juggling dozens of operational responsibilities in addition to hiring new team members. Hire Go helps companies meet their hiring goals faster while massively dropping the burden on corporate HR teams.

With Hire Go, frontline Hiring Managers get access to just the hiring tasks they’re responsible for, while the centralized HR and recruiting teams can continue to configure and oversee hiring plans from the Fountain Hire platform. With Hire Go, Hiring Managers are empowered to own their hiring needs!

With Hire Go you can:

  • Launch new Openings in seconds from your phone, tablet, or computer using a simple, AI-powered chatbot

  • Set and manage your recurring interview availability, allowing candidates to automatically book time with you

  • Coordinate and communicate directly with candidates via SMS

  • Review and approve candidates

  • Share the application link or application QR code

  • Promote jobs on Indeed

All without ever needing to log in to the Fountain Hire platform!

Important Note:

In order for Hire Go to work successfully, there are setup steps and considerations that must be discussed between account Administrators and the Fountain implementation team. Account Administrators should review this article for more information.
