Get Started with Fountain Hire

Find, screen, and hire high-volume frontline workers — faster.

Updated this week

Hiring frontline workers at scale means managing hundreds of applicants across dozens of locations simultaneously. Manual processes slow you down, inconsistent screening creates compliance risk, and candidates drop off when the experience feels clunky.

Fountain Hire is Fountain's end-to-end applicant tracking and hiring platform built specifically for high-volume, frontline hiring. From the moment a candidate discovers your job posting to the moment they receive an offer, Hire gives your team the tools to attract, screen, communicate with, and hire applicants — efficiently and at scale.

What is Fountain Hire?

Fountain Hire is organized around a simple model: you create Job Openings (a combination of a Position and a Location), build Workflows that guide applicants through a customized screening and assessment process, and manage applicants as they progress through each stage toward hire.

Key capabilities include:

  • Job Openings & Workflows – Create openings with fully customizable multi-stage hiring workflows, from application through offer.

  • Applicant Management – Track, filter, communicate with, and move applicants through your pipeline from a centralized Applicant Table.

  • Automated Messaging – Send automated SMS, email, and WhatsApp messages at every stage of the process to keep candidates engaged.

  • AI-Powered Hiring – Use Fountain's AI tools, including Candidate AI (CAI) and AI Recruiter, to screen and interview candidates automatically.

  • Sourcing & Job Distribution – Post jobs to boards like Indeed and ZipRecruiter, track applicant sources, and optimize spend.

  • Integrations – Connect with background check providers, ID verification services, document signing tools, HRIS systems, and more.
