Video Recording stage is an add-on feature and is not included in any base subscription to Fountain. Please contact your designated CSM (Customer Success Manager) or email@example.com to enable it to your account.
Using Video Recording stages are a great way to screen applicants before allowing them to advance in your process or inviting them to meet in-person. Applicants can record video responses on a computer desktop, tablet, or mobile device!
Setting Up the Video Recording Stage
- Once Video Recording stages have been enabled in your account, add the Video Recording Stage.
- Once the stage has been added, click on the stage.
- Next, add the questions you'd like for applicants to answer under the Video Recording Questions section. You can also set the maximum length for each recording. Each question can be up to 5 minutes long.
- Under Advanced Settings, you can enable the auto-advance option which will automatically bring applicants to the next stage once they finish recording their responses.
Once applicants have recorded and submitted video responses, view the responses in the Status tab of their Applicant Profile.
