After an applicant has electronically signed a document during the Fountain application, that document is available to view within Fountain.
Follow the steps below to view an electronically signed document:
- Navigate to the Applicant Table or Universal Applicant View.
- Click on the completed Status Label for the signed document.
- Next, click View Document.
- The signed version of the document will open in a new browser tab.
The signed document will be saved as a PDF file, which allows you to download the PDF file directly from the new tab by clicking on the download button in the top right corner.
