Fountain's I-9 Center

Fountain's I-9 Center product, which allows new hires to seamlessly complete their W-4 and I-9 forms, can be integrated into Fountain Hire as a PAPI integration stage. This allows your applicants to complete their W-4 form and Section 1 of the I-9 form before officially onboarding.

Considerations

  • This stage should be towards the very end of your hiring process as the I-9 form must be completed within a specified time frame related to the start date.

  • If you have a lengthy application process, adding this stage may create additional application fatigue for your applicants especially if they are completing both a W-4 and I-9 form.
