Triggers

Updated today

Triggers are a key component of Fountain and can be used in the general Fountain platform or in various Fountain products. These trigger automations are designed to simplify workflows, boost engagement, and ensure seamless compliance management.

Benefits:

  • Real-time action with custom attribute webhooks: Within the Fountain platform, webhooks can be triggered automatically when Worker Profile attributes change. These real-time updates save time and reduce errors.

  • Streamline external document processing in Compliance: Ensure smooth compliance workflows with automatic external document processing. When a worker uploads a required document via a Compliance group, a webhook instantly triggers external systems for processing, reducing manual intervention and ensuring timely completion of compliance checks.
