View All Campaigns in Source

See every sourcing campaign across all openings on one page, compare channel performance, and pause or resume campaigns.

The All Campaigns page brings every sourcing campaign, across every channel, into one place. Use it to see where spend is going, compare performance between channels, and pause or resume a campaign without opening each job.

For campaign performance scoped to a single opening, see Manage Campaigns in Source.

Open the All Campaigns Page

Go to Source > Campaigns. The page is titled All Campaigns, and its subtitle reads "Review, monitor, and manage every campaign running across your sourcing channels."

Read the Summary Panels

Two panels sit above the table and reflect whatever filters are applied. Each panel has an information icon that explains what it counts.

Panel

Metrics

What it counts

Sourced this period

Applicants, Hires, Conv. To Hire

Applicants and hires limited to people sourced in the selected period. This is the population campaign activity drove.

Spend & cost metrics

Spend, Avg. CPA, Avg. CPH

Spend and cost for the campaigns posted in Fountain. Cost divides spend by the applicants who came through those integrated campaigns.

The Spend & cost metrics panel names the population it is calculated from, in the form "Based on 19081 applicants across 386 campaigns".

Three Different Numbers, Three Different Questions
The applicant figure in Sourced this period, the applicant figure beside Spend & cost metrics, and the campaign count above the table are usually all slightly different, and all three are correct. Sourced this period counts everyone your sourcing brought in. The cost figures count only campaigns posted through Fountain, because those are the ones whose spend Fountain knows. The table lists every campaign, integrated or not.

Read the Campaign Table

A count of the campaigns currently in view appears directly above the table. Every campaign occupies one row, and every column is sortable.

Column

What it shows

Opening name

The opening the campaign is posted for

Channel

The job board or channel, shown as its logo

Status

Publishing, Scheduled, Active, Paused, Completed, or Failed.

Budget

The campaign budget. Reads Free on a free posting. A recurring budget shows its cadence beneath the amount, such as Daily.

Start date and End date

When the campaign runs. End date is empty for a campaign with no fixed end.

Spend

Spend attributed to the campaign

Applicants

Applicants attributed to the campaign

CPA

Cost Per Applicant: spend divided by applicants

Hires

Hires attributed to the campaign

CPH

Cost Per Hire: spend divided by hires

Conversion

The rate at which the campaign's applicants convert to hires

A dash means there is nothing to show yet. On a free campaign, Budget, Spend, CPA, and CPH all read Free, and the applicant, hire, and conversion columns show a dash.

Both sponsored and organic campaigns appear in the table, so a channel's paid and unpaid application volume can be read side by side.

Understand Campaign Statuses

Click the information icon beside the Status column heading to open the Campaign status guide.

Status

What it means

Publishing

Submitted, not live yet. The campaign has been sent to the job board and is being processed, which usually takes a few hours. No action needed.

Scheduled

Waiting for its start date. The campaign is set up and will go live automatically on the scheduled date.

Active

Live and receiving applicants. The job is published on the board and candidates can apply. Use the toggle to pause anytime.

Paused

Paused by you or by an automated rule. The job is hidden from the board, and remaining budget and days are preserved. Use the toggle to resume anytime.

Completed

Campaign has ended. Either the budget was spent or the end date passed.

Failed

The campaign has failed to launch. No budget was spent. Try republishing, or contact support if it happens again.

Filter and Search Campaigns

Search campaigns by opening name, and filter by Channels, Status, Position, Location, and Brand. The Channels filter opens a searchable list of the channels your account uses; select any number, then click Apply. Clear empties that filter.

A channel's sponsored and organic postings are listed separately, so Indeed and Indeed Organic can be selected independently.

A filter holding a selection shows the number of values chosen instead of All, and a Clear control appears at the end of the row with the total number of active filters. Filters apply to the table, the campaign count, and both summary panels at once, so a filtered view reports on the filtered set rather than on everything.

Read One Channel Over One Window

Filtering to a single channel and setting a date range turns the page into a channel-performance view: the summary panels report that channel's applicants, spend, and cost over the period you chose.

Set the Date Range

The date picker sits beside the search field and opens on Lifetime. Choose Custom to select your own start and end dates from the calendar, or pick Last 7 days, Last 15 days, Last 30 days, Last 90 days, or Lifetime, then click Apply.

The range governs the performance figures — the summary panels and the spend, applicant, and cost columns. It does not change a campaign's own facts, such as its channel, budget, or start and end dates.

Which Campaigns Appear Follows the Range

A narrow range shows fewer campaigns, because a campaign that ran entirely outside the selected window has nothing to report in it. Widen the range, or choose Lifetime, to see everything.

Pause and Resume a Campaign

Each row carries a toggle at its left edge. Switch it off to pause an active campaign, and on to resume a paused one. Pausing hides the job from the board and preserves the remaining budget and days.

Not every channel supports this. Pause and resume work only on channels where Source has campaign control, and a channel that locks its funds upfront cannot be paused once its campaign is live. A channel Fountain only reads data from has to be paused on the job board itself. Where a campaign cannot be paused, the toggle is replaced by a status marker.

See Configure Source Settings and Channels for which channels support pausing, and Map Non-Integrated Application Channels in Source for channels posted outside Fountain.

Edit a Campaign

Click the ⋮ menu at the start of a row. It holds two actions:

  • Edit campaign — open the campaign's dates and budget

  • View opening — go to the opening the campaign is posted for

Choosing Edit campaign opens the Edit Campaign window, headed by the channel's logo. The start date is fixed and cannot be changed. Set the End date, and choose whether it is a Fixed end date or a Target end date. Duration shows the resulting number of days. Enter the Budget, check the campaign budget summary beneath it, then click Update campaign.

Some campaigns open as Campaign details instead, showing the same dates and budget with no Update campaign button. Close the window with Cancel.
