Fountain Hire now has a new frontline companion experience called Hire Go which will help meet hiring goals faster while massively dropping the burden on corporate HR teams. In order for Hire Go to work as intended, the Fountain Implementation team will work with you to set up your Fountain Hire account workflows. Additionally, if you are interested in receiving help sourcing candidates, your company may be interested in using Fountain Assist Services paired with the Hire Go companion experience.

Administrative Implementation

During the implementation of Hire Go, the Fountain Implementation Team will be helping configure your company’s workflows so that they work successfully with the Hire Go companion experience. Your Implementation Manager will help you:

  1. Understand Fountain Hire’s Hiring Goal feature which will be set as the Hiring Target for Openings in Hire Go. These are key success metrics used in the companion experience for your Hiring Managers and will be visible on the Openings screen in Fountain Hire.

  2. Collaborate with your company to create or adjust Fountain Hire workflows so that they work well with the companion experience. For example, if you currently have three separate interviews in your hiring process, they will work with you to consolidate these interviews into one Scheduler stage.

  3. Educate your company on Shift functionality. Shifts are an important component in identifying different Openings in the Hire Go companion experience.

Administrator Screens

In addition to all of the screens and functionality covered in this Hire Go Help Center article, Administrators on the account will also have access to the Users screen. To access Users, click the hamburger icon in the top left corner and then Users.

Here you can see all of your users, their permissions, and how many locations they have access to. Please note, that there are 3 types of permissions in Hire Go - Admin, Member, and Fountain Admin.

Click on a user’s location number to view their user profile. Here you can change the locations they have access to or their first or last name.

Visible Stages in Hire Go

In order for your Hire Go users to view or take action on applicants within stages in a workflow, you need to make the stage viewable via Fountain Hire stage settings.

  1. Log in to Fountain Hire.

  2. Open the Workflow Editor for the workflow that has stages you want to include in Hire Go.

  3. Click on the applicable stage in the left list of stages.

  4. Scroll to the Advanced Settings section.

  5. Toggle on the Show stage in Hire Go toggle.

  6. Click Save Changes in the top right corner.

Assist Services
