Scorecards are a handy way for teams to qualitatively evaluate applicant through numerical scoring. In addition, you can also add comments to your score. For example, you can build a Scorecard to record their technical skill level, assess their job fit, and more!

Create Scorecards
- Hover over your Username on the top right. Go into Company Settings > Scorecards under App Settings.
- Click New Scorecard.
- Choose a Weighted, Unweighted, or Comments Only Scorecard. Weighted Scorecards give different importance to each question, while Unweighted Scorecards give each question the same importance. The Comments Only Scorecard does not give a score to any question.
- Name your Scorecard. Be descriptive for future use.
- Select Add question to create your questions you want to add to your Scorecard.
- Save your Scorecard to be used for any applicant in any Opening.
Edit or Delete Scorecards
- Hover over your Username on the top right. Go into Company Settings > Scorecards under App Settings.
- Click Actions to the left of the Scorecard you want to manage. Click Edit.
- Make the desired edits. Click Save Scorecard.
Delete Scorecards
- Hover over your Username on the top right. Go into Company Settings > Scorecards under App Settings.
- Click Actions to the left of the Scorecard you want to manage. Click Delete.
- Click Ok.
Warning
If you delete a Scorecard, every applicant's score associated with that Scorecard will also be deleted.
Use Scorecards in Applicant Table
The most common way to fill out Scorecards is through the Applicant Table while you are evaluating the applicant.
- Navigate to the Applicant Table of the Opening you want to use Scorecards for.
- Click the three dots to the left of the applicant you want to write a Scorecard for. Click Score Applicant.
- Choose a Scorecard to score the applicant on. Click Score.
- Fill out the Scorecard with scores from 1 (worst) to 5 (best). Notes are optional (There is no character count limit for Notes).
- Click Save and the score will be appended to the applicant as an exportable field.

Use Scorecards in Calendar
You could also fill out a scorecard while you are in Sessions, where you might be managing your on-site events.
- On the top left of the page, click Calendar.
- You will see a list of sessions you have with applicants. Click on past, today, or upcoming depending on when the Session was.
- Click the three dots on the left of the applicant you want to score.
- Click Score.
- Choose a scorecard to score the applicant on. Click Score.
- Fill out the Scorecard with scores from 1 (worst) to 5 (best). Notes are optional.
- Click Save and the score will be appended to the applicant as an exportable field.
