Fountain Hire allows you to engage with applicants in their preferred language across a wide range of applicant-facing languages, while also providing Fountain users language options for efficient management of hiring workflows and applicants within their hiring pipelines.
Static translations are available to all Fountain users and applicants via a partnership with Smartling.
Additionally, an applicant's selected language during the Fountain Hire application will be translated via Amazon Translate.
Candidate AI conversations are translated via OpenAI.
Important Note:
In Hire Go, you choose your own language under Language in your settings. Hire Go offers 37 language options, including English (US), English (UK), Spanish, French, German and Italian.
