Enhance the Applicant Table for your users by showcasing specific Opening Attributes above the stage boxes. This allows your Recruiters and Hiring Managers to quickly see critical Opening information while reviewing applicants without needing to navigate to different Fountain screens.
Choose Opening Attributes
To choose the attributes that will be visible on the Applicant Table per Opening, follow the steps below:
Click your initial icon in the top right corner of Fountain. Then click Company Settings in the dropdown.
Under the App Settings section in the left sidebar, click Opening Details Settings.
Check the box to the left of any attributes you want visible. You can show up to five attributes.
Scroll to the bottom and click Save.
