Partner Status Created — the timestamp when an AI Interview partner status was created. Use this filter to scope data to a specific contract period or billing window.
Is Applicant Deleted (default: is false or null) — this filter is collapsed by default. Click the +1 toggle in the filter bar to expand it.
Reviewing Billable AI Interview Usage
The Partner Status Created filter is useful for reviewing billable AI Interview usage within a specific date range. Set it to "on or after" your contract start date, or use "between" to define an exact period. Note that changing this filter also affects the Median Time in AI Interview Stage and AI Interview Stage Metrics tiles.
Key tiles and metrics:
Applicant Count – AI Interview Initiated — the number of unique applicants that initiated an AI Interview. An applicant is counted as initiated once a partner status other than "not started" is received. This is the primary metric for billable AI Interview usage.
Applicant Count – AI Interview Completed — the number of unique applicants in the filtered period that completed an AI Interview. This includes partially completed interviews.
Median Time in AI Interview Stage — the median number of minutes applicants spend in the AI Interview stage. A lower number typically indicates applicants are moving through the stage as expected.
Hired Count — shows the total hired count, the hired count among applicants who completed an AI Interview (Hired Count – Completed AI), and the overall Hired Rate.
Rejected Count — shows the total rejected count, the rejected count among applicants who completed an AI Interview (Rejected Count – Completed AI), and the overall Rejected Rate.
Total Score Comparison — a donut chart showing the distribution of AI Interview scores (Score 1 through Score 5) as a percentage of total scored applicants. Hover over any segment to see the score value, applicant count, and percent of total.
Applicant Status by Score — a stacked bar chart showing applicant counts by score (1–5) on the X-axis, broken down by current applicant status: In Process Count, Hired Count, Rejected Count, and On Hold Count. Use this chart to understand how scores correlate with hiring outcomes across your pipeline.
Median Time
If Median Time in AI Interview Stage appears higher than expected, this may reflect a delay in receiving the score back from the AI Interview provider, or applicants taking additional time to call in.
Key tables:
Applicants that initiated AI Interview — a table broken down by Current Opening Name, showing the Applicant Count, Hired Count, Hired Rate, Rejected Count, and Rejected Rate for each opening. Use this table to compare AI Interview performance across openings.
AI Interview Stage Metrics — a detailed stage-level table showing, for each AI Interview stage: Median Minutes in Stage, Fallout Conversion Rate, Rejected Rate, Rejected Count, Median Days To Hired, Hired Rate, and Hired Count.
Rejected Reasons with AI Interview — a ranked table showing Current Rejection Reason, Rejected Count (with bar visualization), and Percent of Total for applicants who initiated an AI Interview and were subsequently rejected.
On Hold Reasons with AI Interview — the same structure as Rejected Reasons, showing Current On Hold Reason, On Hold Count, and Percent of Total for applicants placed on hold.
Drill into Reasons
You can click on any row in the Rejected Reasons or On Hold Reasons tables to drill into the individual applicant records behind that count, including applicant name, email, phone number, current status, stage, and opening.
When to use this dashboard:
