Hire Go provides two dashboard views to help hiring managers stay organized and track hiring activities. All users can switch between My Dashboard, which shows their personal action items, and Shared Dashboard, which displays hiring activities across all openings they have access to.
Understanding the Dashboard Views
My Dashboard
My Dashboard is the home experience for all Hire Go users and displays action items and tasks that are explicitly assigned to you.
My Dashboard is designed for hiring managers who have limited time and need to quickly identify what requires their immediate attention. It focuses exclusively on tasks you are responsible for completing.
The Dashboard includes action item cards to call out items requiring the user's immediate attention. These action item cards include:
Manage interview coverage: Openings missing hosts or with hosts who have no interview availability, where you're either the opening owner or marked as an interview host
Review applicants: Applicants in review stages for openings where you are either the opening owner or an interview host
Provide interview feedback: Completed interviews you hosted where you haven't yet provided feedback or made a hiring decision
Review video interviews: Video interviews ready for evaluation for openings where you're the owner or an interview host
Upcoming interviews: Scheduled Interviews where you're the host
Action item cards display:
Icon representing the action type (calendar for interviews, clipboard for reviews, etc.)
Count of items requiring attention
Brief description of the action needed
When you've completed all tasks in a category, you'll see a green checkmark and confirmation message (e.g., "All done! Every applicant reviewed.").
Shared Dashboard
Shared Dashboard provides broader visibility into hiring activities across all openings you have access to, even if you're not the opening owner or interview host for those openings.
The Shared Dashboard includes summary tiles at the top calling out key action items across all openings the user has access to. These summary tiles include counts of the following:
Upcoming Interviews: All scheduled interviews across openings you have access to, including those hosted by other colleagues.
Openings Need Interview Coverage: Count of openings requiring interview host setup or additional availability.
These applicants can't book interviews unless action is taken.Applicants Need Review: Total applicants awaiting review across accessible openings, including those where you're not the owner or interview host.
These applicants won't advance until action is taken.Interviews Need Feedback: Outstanding interview follow-up tasks across your team.
These applicants won't advance until action is taken.
