When using Fountain, you may receive an error message that suggests you clear your cookies. Clearing the cache and cookies from your web browser is an essential first step for troubleshooting Fountain webpage issues.

What is cache?

The 'cache' is a tool your internet browser uses to speed up the page-loading process. However, sometimes it can cause a problem when the Fountain website is updated and the file saved in the cache is conflicting with what is coded into the Fountain website.
